A digital drawing of the french diesel locomotive BB 67400
The BB 67400s form a series of diesel-electric locomotives, 232 units of which were built for the SNCF by Brissonneau and Lotz (BL) and Electric traction equipment (MTE). They were ordered on January 6, 1967, and the first was commissioned on August 14, 1969 at the Chambéry depot.
These locomotives are able to run in multiple units (MU) with machines of the same series and of the 67300 series, as well as in reversibility for passenger trains. They are derived from the BB 67000.
