Shipping and returns
Packages are generally shipped within a maximum of 2 days after receipt of payment.
The customer can choose from the following carriers
-DPD, in Relais Pick Up or Domicile Predict (France only)
-Mondial Relay (France Only)
-Delivengo Easy (for the European Union and internationally)
For France, the shipping costs are 4.90 Euros including tax. We offer ree shipping costs for any order over 24.90 euros.
For the countries of the European Union, the shipping costs are 8 Euros.
For International countries, the shipping costs are 12 euros.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. We specify that the preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package.
Particular attention is paid to sending the package. For this, we use cardboard tubes specially dedicated to transport. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Delivery is made, depending on the carrier, within 3 to 4 working days following payment of the order, subject to exceptional conditions inherent to our will.
A parcel tracking link is sent directly by email upon confirmation of shipment.
We specify that returns are the responsibility of the customer.
