"Le Capitole" was a French train that operated between Paris and Toulouse from 1960 to 1991.
It was named after the famous Capitole de Toulouse, a historic building in the city center.
Le Capitole was the first regular 200 km/h railway line in France. It has long remained one of the jewels of French rail, just like "the Mistral".
Joined the TEE group in 1970, he left in 1985 before ending his career in a more confidential way.
