French atomic deterrent 1986

The modern French nuclear deterrent force is highlighted in this poster tribute to the 80's.

It is based on several elements, some of which are even absent

-The nuclear ballistic missile submarines (SNLE) of the “Le Redoutable” class, here in the M4 version (Inflexible put into service in 1985)

-Strategic Air Forces, here with the Mirage IV and Mirage III

-The S3 missiles of the Albion plateau

-The “Pluton” Tactical Missile
