Built in collaboration with Italy, 4 units are launched, including two for France:
The "Forbin" commissioned in 2010, and the "Chevalier Paul", in 2011. They replace the frigates Suffren and Duquesne.
With a length of 153 meters for more than 7,050 tons fully loaded, they are the largest frigates of the French Navy.
